Duplex Filter

It consists of SS Shell & top cover with swing bolts to give pressure tight enclosure. The filter cartridge assembly inside the shell consists of several horizontally arranged disc type filter plates with perforated supporting screens, filter media & interlocking cups.

Sugar Syrup Cooler (PHE Type)

  • Single section sugar syrup chiller - 85OC TO 37OC using cooling tower water

  • Single section sugar chiller - 37 to 25OC using ethylene glycol mixture

  • Double section sugar syrup chiller - first section cools the syrup from 85 to 37oC and second section from 37oc to 25oC.

Sugar Syrup Crushing System Integrated With Steam Jackted Tank

Consists of

  • Sugar pulverization system.

  • Shear pump

  • Steam jacketed tank

  • Sugar is fed into the hopper of the sugar pulverization system, which pulverizes the sugar into powder and simultaneously blends the same with water.

  • The sugar syrup is then dissolved further in steam jacketed tank and concentrated up to 65-70 degrees Brix.

SA 24 Bottle Rinser /Washer

(Semi Automatic Bottle Rinser/Washer)

  • Suitable to wash and rinse fresh glass bottles.

  • The bottles are place upside down on the rinsing heads.

  • Once placed on the rinsing heads, the bottles are washed from inside with a jet spray.

  • The bottles are manually replaced.

  • Capacity 1200-1400 bottles/hr.

Air Compressor

A gas compressor is a mechanical device that increases the pressure of a gas by reducing its volume. An air compressor is a specific type of gas compressor.

Compressors are similar to pumps: both increase the pressure on a fluid and both can transport the fluid through a pipe. As gases are compressible, the compressor also reduces the volume of a gas. Liquids are relatively incompressible; while some can be compressed, the main action of a pump is to pressurize and transport liquids.

Counter Pressure Retort

  • Retort is fitted with a heat exchanger, and a low amount of process water stored in the bottom of the retort is heated through the heat exchanger, so steam and cooling water without contact with the products, that greatly minimize the consumption of steam and water.

  • Siemens PLC is reliable, flexible and safe for automatic control and can store 100 recipes for different sterilization of various case of any physical fault , the system will automatically alarm for immediately attention and fast reaction.

  • Alternative heating solution using direct steam injection.
